TBS Yard AB (TBS) is a Swedish company focused on international expansion within the dynamic field of Advanced Composites Materials (ACM). The TBS Team has long-standing experience in the application of ACMs within the Shipbuilding Industry and TBS has an extensive international network comprising both industrial players and research institutions.
TBS was founded in 2011 and is now in its initial phase of expansion. Its services include design, ACM technologies, production and technological consulting services; primarily in the Marine Industry. DSI Global View represents TBS in its efforts to craft Strategic Partnerships and Technology Alliances globally.
TBS welcomes two new investors to the company:
Entreprenörinvest Sverige AB is owned by the Kamprad Family Foundation. Kamprad was founded by Ingvar Feodor Kamprad, the founder of IKEA. This investment by the wealthiest family in Sweden is a testament to the quality and viability of TBS.
Almi Invest (Almi) focuses on Swedish companies with growth potential. Almi’s aim is to generate growth and renewal by investing in companies from the earliest concept stage to growth. Almi focuses on the most critical growth phases, in which there is the greatest risk. Almi takes a long term investment view. Its approach is national, while its network is international.
